2-Ingredient Homemade Ice Cream (No Ice Cream Machine!)

  1. In a large bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk with:
    • Vanilla extract for the vanilla version, or
    • Strawberry puree for the strawberry version.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture until fully combined.
  4. Pour into a freezer-safe container and smooth the top.
  5. Cover and freeze for 6–8 hours or overnight.
  6. Scoop and enjoy!

Tips

  • Add fresh fruit pieces, chocolate chips, or crushed cookies for extra flavor.
  • Let the ice cream sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before scooping.
