Baked Cheddar Broccoli Noodle Casserole

Step 1: Get the oven ready

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).

Step 2: Cook the Noodles & Broccoli

  • Prepare noodles according to package directions.
  • Steam broccoli until tender.
  • Drain both and reserve.

Step 3: Prepare the Sauce

  • In a large bowl, mix together:
  • Soup Milk Butter 1 1/2 cups grated cheese
  • Combine until smooth.

Step 4: Mix

  • Add cooked noodles and broccoli to sauce mixture.
  • Toss to coat well.

5. Bake

  • Pour mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  • Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake uncovered 25 to 30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.

Step 6: Serve up

  • Serve warm as an entree or a hearty side.

Notes on the Recipe

  • Add cooked chicken or ham for more protein
  • Sharp cheddar has the best flavor
  • For a crunchy topping, add breadcrumbs
  • Frozen broccoli is fine too
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
